Recommended wedding venue Clearwell Castle
I’ve been a wedding photographer since 1999 and over the years I’ve had the pleasure of covering a number of weddings at Clearwell Castle.
This is a venue that does not disappoint which is why I have chosen it as this month’s venue of the month!
I was not surprised to hear that Clearwell Castle recently won the ‘Best Wedding Venue’ of 2016 with the British wedding awards.
The wedding venue caters to everything you need. It has 15 beautiful bedrooms within the Castle grounds. There are also plenty of quality B&B’s close by for an extra accommodation you may require for your guests.
The Castle has a magnificent ballroom, which is licensed for civil ceremonies. It boasts a 75-foot aisle with leaded glass windows. Plenty of natural light floods into this room so it’s great for photos! The ballroom is also capable of seating up to 150 people for the wedding reception.
In addition, the reception rooms and vaulted cellar room can accommodate up 250 people for the evening reception.
Surrounded by beautiful gardens and spacious lawns so the wedding guests can enjoy drinks and canapés.
