Remarkable Chavenage House Weddings in Gloucestershire
It turned out to be a wonderful bright sunny September day for Riah and Rob’s recent wedding at Chavenage House near Tetbury.
I set off for Riah’s parent’s house to photograph the preparations. Upon arrival, I found the bridesmaids tucked up in bed stroking a cat. I knew this was going to be no ordinary wedding! Riah was having her hair done whilst Mum and dad were busy getting ready. I have to say I was most impressed by Mum’s hat made by her own fair hand.
Off to Chavenage House, where they filmed many scenes from the recent TV series Poldark. Chavenage House even has it’s own little church set in the grounds. It was all a perfect setting for a cracking wedding day.
