Rachel and Jay’s wedding at Castle lodge, Ross on Wye, Herefordshire

It was a delight to cover Rachel and Jay’s recent wedding. Here is a montage of some of my favorite images from the day.

Rachel and Jay decided to have a small informal wedding. Just one of the reasons they chose me as their photographer. They wanted minimum fuss with an enthesis on natural moments. Of course, we did the standard family shots but what was important to them was the real story. There were certainly a number of characters and personalities among their family and friends. Hence I had ample opportunities to capture them on my trusty camera.

It was a winter wedding, so much of the activity took place inside. Luckily I’m equipped with top quality Canon gear that allows me to photograph in very low light conditions.when I do use the flash I tend to balance it with the ambient light, giving the pictures a natural look.
